Founded in 2010 with a registered capital of 132 million yuan, Jiangsu Guorun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Xuzhou, a renowned city on the Huaihe River and the capital of construction machinery. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, design and manufacturing of medium and thick plate sheet metal structural parts for construction machinery. The company currently has more than 500 employees, including 50 highly professional managers in technology, quality, safety and other fields, and 30 personnel with intermediate and senior professional titles.
The company is equipped with a full set of processing and manufacturing equipment covering steel plate cutting, machining, structural part welding and finished product coating, with advanced technology and sophisticated equipment: 16 intelligent blanking equipment mainly featuring high-power laser cutting, with an annual production capacity of over 100,000 tons; 50 robots on 6 specialized welding production lines and more than 20 large and medium-sized machining centers, with an annual production capacity of 85,000 structural parts; and an annual coating capacity of 250,000 square meters for large structural parts. Its product range covers structural parts for various construction machinery, coal mining machinery, marine deck machinery and outfitting parts. The company can develop exclusive processes and deliver customized products in accordance with customers' different technical requirements and quality standards.
The company has two major production bases.
The headquarters plant is located at No. 199, Xuhai Road, Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of about 190 mu, with a production workshop area of 60,000 square meters and a scientific research complex building area of 7,000 square meters. It mainly focuses on the production of single parts, small assemblies and structural parts such as excavator booms, arms and upper frames, as well as structural parts for heavy lifting machinery, coal mining machinery, marine deck machinery and outfitting parts.
The West Plant is situated at No. 92, Xuhai Road, Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of about 80 mu, with a production workshop area of 50,000 square meters and a scientific research complex building area of 4,000 square meters. It mainly engages in the production of excavator buckets and attachments, undercarriage products and large mining truck boxes.
